Vogue Living Celebrates 40yrs

One of the most beautiful events I have worked on was Vogue Living's 40th Birthday. Host and Vogue Living Editor extraordinaire, David Clark (the most divine man)welcomed guests to B2 Studios in Alexandria. Guests did not know what to expect when they entered down a long corridor in a dark industrial area. Styled by Vogue Living's Alexandra Gordon, the unique space featured contemporary touches from some of the country's leading designers, including a Tord Boontje-designed chandelier, and brilliantly coloured Orgone chairs by Australian design star Marc Newson for Artificial.

Magnificent floral displays by the one and only Saskia Havekes of Grandiflora.

Impeccably enticing cheese wheel tables and delicious canapés were the creation of Australia’s Number 1 caterer – John Wilson from JohnandPeter.

Guests sipped on Tattinger and Bombay Sapphire martini’s with the exotic lounge and old style jazz tunes of DJ Lady Tre in the background.

No one wanted to leave….and why would you?
